Cap what one agent may spend of your plan each month, in dollars.
Your plan's monthly budget is shared by all your agents.
A spend limit keeps one agent from using it all: once the agent has spent its limit, its paid calls (model, search, images, audio, memory) are refused until the month resets, while your other agents keep going.
Your plan's own limit still applies to every agent.
A limit cannot exceed your plan's monthly budget.
